Who we are

CardGuru is a poker study tool operated by [NAME OR COMPANY, TAX ID AND ADDRESS OF THE CONTROLLER]. For anything about your data, write to cardguruapp1@gmail.com.

Your account data

When you sign up you give us your name, e-mail, username and password. The password is stored hashed, not in readable text.

Usage data

We store what you do in the tool so it can work: your answers in the trainer, the ranges you customize and your account plan.

Your hand history

When you import a hand history, the files are read in your own browser and are not uploaded to us. We store only the pre-flop decisions extracted from them (position, stack, cards and action), tied to your account, and anonymous totals of how opponents played. Names of other players are not stored. You can delete this data at any time on the Oracle screen.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. We keep the subscription status, the amount paid, the plan and the coupon used.

Access records

We record visits, logins and the main steps of use (sign-up, first practice, opening the plans, purchase), with date, IP address and browser identification. This is used for security and to understand how the product is used.

Cookies

We use cookies needed to keep you logged in and remember your language, and a first-party cookie that stores, for 90 days, where your first visit came from (for example, the ad or site that brought you).

Third-party measurement

We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure how the site is used. They only set cookies if you accept in the notice shown on your first visit; without it, Google receives cookieless signals only and the Pixel sends nothing. We send them an internal account identifier, never your name, username or e-mail.

Who we share with

Stripe (payments), Google and Meta (measurement, according to your consent) and the site hosting provider. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent to measurement. Just write to cardguruapp1@gmail.com.

Minimum age

CardGuru is intended for people aged 18 and over.

If this policy changes in a relevant way, we will announce it on the site.
