What CardGuru is

CardGuru is a poker study tool: it presents pre-flop ranges, lets you practice decisions and analyzes your hand history. We do not offer real-money games, we do not broker bets and we are not affiliated with any poker site.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. By creating an account you state that the information you provide is true.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what is done with your account. The account is personal and must not be shared.

Plans and payment

The free plan has the limits shown on the site. Paid plans are subscriptions billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly), processed by Stripe, and they renew automatically until canceled.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by writing to cardguruapp1@gmail.com. Paid access continues until the end of the period already charged. [DEFINE THE REFUND POLICY.]

Your hand history

You are responsible for having the right to use the files you import and for following the rules of the sites where you play, including those about study tools.

No guaranteed results

The content is educational. Studying with CardGuru does not guarantee profit or any result in poker, and the decisions you make at the tables are your own.

Acceptable use

You may not copy or redistribute the ranges and other content, try to get around plan limits, or use automated means to access the service.

Intellectual property

The CardGuru brand, site and content belong to its operator. The ranges you create remain yours.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but it may be unavailable or change. We may update these terms; relevant changes will be announced on the site.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
